After a year hiatus, we've finally found a house here in Cincinnati! It's a little more suburban than our last place, and quite frankly, it definitely needs facelift, well, pretty much everywhere. But we like a project, you know we do, so here we go again. We're closing on Friday, and I'll have more before pictures then, but I thought I'd get the ball rolling with the listing images.
Its a bi-level house, three bed, three bath with almost half an acre, which means we can put in another awesome garden. It was one of the only places we looked at with a two car garage and some yard. Plus, its within walking distance of a park, pool, and community center AND 8 minute from Matt's new job, which will save him over 2 hours a week in commuting.
